what is included in a home inspection?

All inspections are completed in accordance with the CANNACHI scope of inspections.

Inspection Report

After the on-site inspection has been completed. A review of the findings will be presented to you in person. Locations of important safety devices (ie electrical/water main shut offs) will be shown to you so that you are aware of their locations.

The full detailed written inspection report will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection. The report is confidential and will only be sent to you. However, If requested the report can be sent to your realtor as well.

Appliances/Thermal Imaging (Complimentary)

All inspections include complimentary inspection of appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven/range, washer, dryer.

All inspections include complimentary thermal images of areas that are at an increased risk of leaks (ie bathrooms, kitchens) and also used to identify heat sources (i.e. baseboard heat)
