Reports are always returned back within 24 hours of the inspection completion.

Home inspections need to happen during daylight hours so that the inspector can see deficiencies properly, especially in outdoor spaces like the roof.

We frequently work with out of town buyers. You are welcome to have your real estate agent attend or arrange a time to go over your report virtually.

Yes we do. Unless appliances aren’t included in the purchase. It is always recommended that appliances are checked again on possession day to make sure the condition of appliances have not changed from the time they were inspected to the time you move in.
